What we offer is a regular contract to clean your communal areas on a 2 or 4 weekly schedule.
How does it work?
Adding your location to a planner, we will regularly attend your location and complete a cleaning on either a 2 or 4 weekly plan. This includes placing any of the missed waste that doesn't make it into your bin, neatly swept up, secured in a black rubble bag and placed in the appropriate bin for collection. We will then wash down the area including the exteriors of the bin and the bin store area floor. After cleaning sanitize the area to ensure the environment is super clean for staff and residents!
How much does bin store area cleaning cost?
Our plans are very competitive, If a bin store area is in a neglected condition under no current maintenance plan there is a extra charge to get the area upto standard for regular maintenance. Thereafter a standard charge for maintaining the area. Depending on the amount of bins, size and location of the bin store area would impact the price. We offer this service to be very affordable price that is competitive for property management companies and business owners. By keeping this service offering locally in Solihull and Birmingham in line with our established routes we can help keep you compliant and have happy clients in your building or restaurant.
Our minimum one off bin store room cleaning charge is £210 + VAT per visit which varies based on location and access with special deals on multiple locations or mangers with multiple properties under management.
